I tried samples of their beef tongue 5/5 and crispy beef 5/5 well seasoned. I ordered the Birria, which with their cilantro sauce was good but lacked the melt in your mouth texture and flavor of a really good birria.

Delicious! Growing up in L.A. I was lucky to have access to amazing Mexican food. It’s much harder to find in most other parts of the country. I am happy to say this food was very fresh and satisfying. My 3 young kids devoured the burrito and the quesabirrias. I enjoyed the tacos. Definitely worth the stop, we will return!

Recently moved to Layton, heard this was the best Mexican food around. Did not disappoint! I got a ton of food for $11 and it was delicious. I was stationed in Tucson and have been missing authentic Mexican food. Will definitely be back!

I’m in a lot of trouble. My wife loves authentic Mexican food. To have something this good, this close, and at a great price.

The most delicious food in Layton! Not only is it so so yummy, everyone was nice and helpful. We pulled up as they were closing, but they waved us over and were happy and anxious to serve us. That’s unheard of!, especially at closing time. We will be back often!

This place is KILLER!!! The dude running it was super nice, while you wait for your food it smells incredible. I got a sausage burrito and it was charred to perfection with a nice Smokey, Spicy taste. Next time you go to Smiths make sure you grab a burrito here (and it’s reasonably priced!!)

We ate the Quesadilla with Carne Asada, Carne Asada/Pastor(Spicy Pork) Tacos. The only thing I felt I was missing was pico de Gallo. The cucumber served with it was tasty. Everything tasted good. Service was great. Everything was very clean.

Food here is hands down delicious. I’ve tried their birria steak and chicken. The price is right for the amount of food you get.

Best saudero in town. The lengua and asada are great classics. The al pastor has amazing flavor. The cochinita pibil is a jewel. Great service, they’re always happy to serve you, great attitude.
