Absolutely amazing food. Quick and great service as well. Genuinely some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The chips are fresh and seem homemade. Incredible salsa. Super nice setup as well.

We got take out but the patio area was very cute. A little warm inside on the summer day though. Pick up after ordering online was easy. The food was great. My favorite was the elote. Worth getting! The shrimp taco was my favorite. The chicken tamale and chicken taco were good too. The prices are fair, and food made everyone happy. I will be back!

I tried the veggie burrito which came with rice, refried beans, cheese and lettuce. The salsa and sour cream was separate. I wish the sauces were inside the burrito that would’ve made it flavorful.

Local, clean & orderly taqueria – typical menu of a Mexican quick service restaurant. I had the steak taco bowl, food was fresh and customer service was good. I’ll be back.

Literally the best (real mexican) tacos in New England (coming from a Mexican :))) !! I live over an hr away and all I will say is that the drive is so worth it!! I’ve visited both locations, Hartford and New Britain and both are just as good! I’ve pretty much had everything on their menu and it’s always nice and fresh.

Authentic flavors at a very steep cost. If you want chips and salsa, it’ll set you back $8.00. Don’t expect rice and beans with your entre, that’ll cost you $6.00. Make shift waiter running around, expect to pay a tip without a water delivered to the table. It’s a shame, the flavors are good but if you want some of the Mexican comforts you won’t walk out below $30.00.

A friend told me about this place and had to try it especially since I live down the street. I ordered pork (carnitas) quesadillas, birria tacos and pork tamales in red salsa. First, the red salsa is AMAZING- kind of like a pork broth w/spices and cilantro. The tacos filling was great especially for dipping but I find that it was a lil soggy before dipping which would be better if it had a slight crunch but the flavor kind of made up for it a bit. The quesadillas again GREAT filling but I thought the tortilla used was too thick (kind of like a pita bread), not thin and crispy like the tortillas that’s regularly used. I dipped it in the red salsa and made up for it there. Overall good spot I think if they looked into another type of quesadilla wraps it would be MUCH better it would match the filling flavor quality of the inside. OOHHH and the $2 guac side should really be $1 it’s SUPER TINY.

Loved it! Simple, delicious, and well priced. We had been waiting for its opening for a while and the restaurant is a definite improvement over los Adobes (formerly in the location). The atmosphere is simple and nice. The food was delicious and fresh (the homemade tortillas really make the food). It was also authentic and not overwhelmed by huge heavy portions of beans, rice, and filler foods as so many similar spots are. The service was outstanding. Would recommend the chorizo tacos and chicken flautas. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
