Oh my gosh! This was such a good find. I have never in my life had better guacamole or tacos and THE PRICES? Insane. They were so much lower than I expected and for the amount of food? Truly impressive. We were greeted with a three salsa selection and a wide variety of menu options. My husband opted for a chorizo burrito and was equally happy with his food.

Inexpensive and cheerful little taqueria. Food had great flavor but arrived at our table lukewarm. The food had a quality like yesterday’s leftovers reheated (but not warm enough). Staff is friendly and service good. Wait for the food was a little longer than the average taqueria.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my adult life! I’m from the southwest, no I’m not Hispanic, yes I speak Spanish. Our server acted bored, unintersted and basically not helpful. Their 3 salsas with chips were disgusting..chips were days old, greasy and over salted. The salsa roja might as well have been tomato juice, zero flavor and shocking considering this is basically a taco joint. I made the mistake of ordering a cheese enchilada. Greasy, tough tortilla, cold cheese and some disgusting salsa verde. A steak knife couldn’t cut it. Wow . Their beans are watered down and their rice is poor as well. Avoid this catastrophy…

Called to place an order, arrived the one waiter seemed overwhelmed with a table of 12 he had and told me he’d would be right with me. I waited this guy walked in to place an order, the waiter then took his order before and then after finished charging me gave me the food. Which was put in the bags all wrong one of the bags started to leak and whatever fell on to my feet burning me. They replaced the food for 5 dollars which they wanted to make us wait for until they finished the order of the 12 people there. To which we said no! Then went home to eat the salsa looked old and the food was not okay took two bites and felt like I was going to have a belly ache if I continued .will never.go there again! Waste of money.

Best tacos in town, and great prices! The only down fall is the rice and beans in there combos are terrible. The rice has no flavor and the beans taste like there dumped from a can and put in the microwave…

La Estrella Taqueria catered our event in Delavan Township for our Quinceañera at the Water’s Edge, and they did a great job. They are well priced for the quality of food they have. They have a variety of choices. You may need a Spanish translator for some of the specifics but you will be happy you chose them!
