I decided I wanted pozole for lunch and it’s Mom&Pop Wednesday! So, I googled a place near me and found this gem in the city of Inglewood, CA. This small little family run restaurant is a must people! Soup was fresh and hot with extra garnish, chips and salsa! All this for only $11.99 plus tax! Oh, did I mention they have lunch specials on Mon-Fri for a mere $8.99+tax! You gotta try this place

Real authentic Mexican food from the state of Jalisco. If you don’t know what that means…..it means is really good traditional Mexican food. Carne asada with grilled onions, hand made tortillas, plenty of “extras” in the food that others will charge you extra money for. I would like to give them five stars but due to the local area, size of the building, ambience and decor, I can’t. This is a good quick fix for Mexican food, a casual dinner date without any false impressions, or an awesome flashback of when your dad’s compadres came over to see who grilled the best meat while the comadres prepared the salsas.
