This food is authentic. More importantly, it is GOOD. The kind of good where you’re planning the day of your next visit while you’re still eating. The owner is friendly, always upbeat, and respectful. I can tell he takes pride in this business. I get the tacos al pastor and tacos barbacoa most often. Large pineapple drink from the fountain w/ little pieces of pineapple in it sheesh is it lunchtime yet?

Amazing food. I love it. Plus it’s right in the middle of town around all the specialists doctors offices. The Salsa Verde is so good its surreal. There is an ENTIRE PARKING LOT with a shaded and very private area so you can chomp down your food in peace like a T-rex, while listening to music in your car without all that pesky driving to get in the way of all the enjoyment. And no one to judge how you eat or the sounds you make from the enjoyment of eating. This is how I treat myself on the days Im in Wilson.
