The place is great and delicious. I have been here 3 times and for some reason the employees usually seem annoyed or irritated. I’m sure they’re just tired so it’s okay. Overall I don’t mind. The food is absolutely delicious so I’ll keep coming. I had Birria Tacos but everything on their menu is fire. Keep in mind there is no sit down place. You grab your food and eat in your car kind of thing.

Saw it come up on our search to stop and dine. We didn’t know it was a food truck until we got there but that didn’t stop us. We both had the Steak Burritos but unfortunately the meat was very tough and dry even though they were chunks. We were early too, around 11:30am which made us think that the meat was probably from the day before. By the looks of the dirty exterior and tires, this is not a moving truck. So, who knows how clean it is inside; they do have an up to date health sticker. We won’t be visiting this truck again. It’s not worth getting off the highway for. I don’t even think it’s worth it for locals. Perhaps other dishes are better, but the 1st experience doesn’t merit a second one.

I purchased almost everything on their menu, my family and I have tried their tacos de carne asada and pollo, torta de carne asada, and their quesadilla de birria. I have no complaints on the tacos or tortas. They tasted amazing. Their birria is a little saltier than I would want it to be. Their side of consome and rice is so delicious. I wouldn’t mind going again just for tacos and tortas. I cant wait to try their steak and cheese subs. I’m looking forward to trying that next. I spent almost $50 wiht 2 quesdillas de birria, 3 tacos de carne asada, 3 de pollo, a torta de asada and a sidral. For that much food no complaints

got three chorizo tortas. the amount of chorizo between the three was ridiculous. almost nothing. the steak quesedilla was very good. For all 4 items (not including drinks) the cost was $47.

Taqueria El Sabor is so delicious!! I’m in love with their Tortas it’s my favorite thing to get.Their quesadillas are absolutely so tasty and extremely cheesy. The portions they serve also very good , their tacos are packed with a lot of meat. Service is always fast also.
