I love when I find a place that tastes like home cooked food! Loved the huevos albanil (very spicy – at least for me), rice beans, potatoes, molcajete salsa & chicken sope! Big fan of the warm salsa served with freshly fried chips! I like their thin flour tortillas too. On our next visit, hubby got the al pastor burrito – so good. I got the chicken enchiladas verdes & they use all white meat. I tried The flan is sort of light & airy – not super dense like the usual Mexican flan. Will definitely be returning to this spot! Food was delicious & atmosphere was inviting.

I ordered a steak burrito over the phone and when I showed up within 10 minutes it was already done. I am fairly certain they gave me someone else’s burrito because mine came with sour cream and avocados. They charge extra for that and I did not order it so whoever ordered that, sorry you got mine that was plain and I got your deluxe. Lol. The arachera itself was cut so small I had to take a 2nd look because it tasted like arachera but looked and felt like ground beef. See picture below.

This place is a true gem, we walked in and the waitresses were super welcoming. The homemade chips and salsa were delicious. I had the burrito de asada and the husband got the torta de asada. Burrito was so flavorful the meat was chopped to perfection beans so good, we had an horchata so delicious! Parking is limited here, but this place is a must try!

This place is the best! The people that work here are so nice and the food is so yummy! I recommend the burrito suizo with skirt steak and order it “special” (comes with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, beans, tomatoes and avocados). It is so big and they don’t skimp on the filling, so definitely bring your appetite!

Great local spot in Brookfield for a quick bite. They have plenty of options besides the tacos and burritos. This family owned spot shows exactly what family owned means. From greeting you at the door to constantly checking to make sure you have what you need. Had some sopes and they were good, although I prefer them to be fried hard for the toppings to hold right.

THE SADEST taco dinner I have ever had. Two..maybe even less…SPOONFULS of rice, the cilantro was black, the tortillas where dry and looked old, the the steak taste like it was cooked in old oil. There was more beans than rice and steak combined. Idk where all the 4-5 starts reviews came from.

Went to this restaurant and thought I’d just get some regular old tacos, was PLEASANTLY surprised by how good it was. So I went back the next night and bought a burrito and it was just as good as the tacos the day before. Great place for Mexican food.

Enchiladas were good but nothing spectacular. Overall I was happy with the service and dining experience. Definitely by no means a bad spot to grab some food

First time here today. It’s been difficult to find good Mexican tacos in the area and this place has placed in our top 5. Definitely recommend.

The food was very authentic and delicious. It is true what others say about the parking but in my opinion it is worth the walk if you have to park far. The service was great and they were friendly and they definitely make you feel welcome. In conclusion I would say give it a shot you will not regret it.
