I was excited to find out Horizon City had a new Restaurant. I called for more info. The person that answered the phone was very rude, obnoxious with no respect whatsoever. I asked her a question about the menu, she didn’t answer. I kept saying “hello,hello,hello”,and she hung up! What kind of person does that???? Not only was surprised but very disappointed. The manager was working the cash register and was rude, had multiple people waiting for food, people said it wasn’t that busy and had them wait about 45 minutes. The waiter was busy clean taking orders out as the other one was cleaning to leave early. Got so bad they were arguing and manager be Littles them in front of us take that to the office. Your manager needs help or maybe a new one that knows what they doing. Overall food over cooked plates of bisteck where small portions. 6 tortillas and only used three something wrong there.

I love Cometa, everything bout them is really good, but idk what happened at the horizon location , place is dead at 4:40 and somehow took 15 minutes for my food to come out with at least 9 employees so no reason for that and the food was pretty cold and the potato was still underbaked and still managed to forget something in my order, I will definitely never come back to this location, but not the others, horizon manager needs to open his eyes.
