Food is very good and great portions. Had tacos al pastor and beef empanadas, both of which were made fresh to order. Lots of options to customize

My husband and I love this place. After my brother who lives close by introduced us we’ve been hooked. Everything we’ve had has been great no complaints here we eating in and taken to go. We try to eat here at least once a week, if we go on vacation this is the first place we eat at when we come home.

Went here a few years ago and was just reading through the reviews to see if anything has changed. Seems not. Extremely rude staff. Not sure if certain looking customers get treated differently or if there is actually a friendly employee working there—can’t see why some get the super rude treatment and others friendly. I went there to order a burrito with my husband and the man working there never said a word to us. It was bizarre. He stood at the register with a rude look like how dare we come into his restaurant and we told him our order and handed our credit card. He never said a word. The burrito was nothing special and we never stepped foot in there again. We still think about the experience and cringe.

This place restaurant offers great food, I can’t deny that, however, their customer service is subpar. I have tried over and over again to give them a chance but everytime I am reminded why I shouldn’t give them my money. I stopped going over a year ago and I hope by now they have taken some lessons in customer service.

If you’re overly sensitive and you’re fine with eating inferior burritos, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. But if you want the best burritos in Boston and don’t expect everyone to kiss the ground you walk on, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll definitely be coming back for more.

The burrito is as dry as it looks in the picture. I visited at midday and they must of gave me meat that sat out overnight because it tasted like that. To top it all off, the cashier was sooo rude. I’m all for small businesses and local businesses but when they provide that kind of service…. I’ll be going to chipotle next time. The rice was okay.

So delicious! I’ve gotten a simple, rice and beans burrito and it was so delicious – I was shocked! The shrimp burrito I had today was mouth watering and I’ve had meats in the past, also good! (I’ve since left meats behind). Its my favorite burrito spot in the city! And to top it off, it’s locally owned by a Latinx family who know good Latinx food! Highly recommend, you’ll thank me!
