The greatest asset of the Tap Room at the Hotel Bethlehem is its wonderful atmosphere. The well appointed lobby, and elegant dining area, with vintage bar and photos on the walls of all the famous personalities who have visited there, will give your eyes lots to enjoy while you eat. The food is good and the servers are very attentive. But don’t look for any bargains here. You will pay top dollar for everything, as if you were at a luxurious vacation destination. Still, it’s worth experiencing at least once, even if you don’t normally do this kind of thing.

We were at the restaurant for winter restaurant week. The food was very good. It’s really loud in the restaurant. Service was not that good, forgot our bread, brought the dessert twice.

The Hotel from the outside is an iconic landmark in Bethlehem with many noteworthy & pretigious accolades! The Taproom is luxurious and professionally staffed! If the occassion called for it, I would have no hesitation indulging here once again.

If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, it not horrible. The food choices at all pretty off the normal trail if you are looking for bar food. The drink selections seem up to par although the bartender had syrup running down the outside of my whisky sour and the server did not care. The staff was friendly but only half engaged. The food was not great. The cheese platter was meh and the rock hard cheese shattered the bread the gave us. The drinks tasted good and so did the lobster Mac and Cheese. We will venture out elsewhere next time.

The atmosphere here is great however I went for brunch here and it was probably the most disappointing meal. I got avocado toast and it was a few slices of avocado on a piece of toast. absolutely no seasoning and they charged 17 dollars for it. It was probably the laziest meal they could have provided. Would not recommend breakfast here unless there are no other options with openings

I took my sister Vilma last night for Jazz music, food, and drinks! The lady that was singing has such a beautiful voice and her dress and shoes…..very fitting for the season and evening. There was also a guy playing the piano. Together they were superb! Hope to see them there performing again! I love Hotel Bethlehem!!

My wife and I have beaten the clam Bake at the music fest every year for the last 3 years and have always been pleased period this year, instead of increasing the price, they reduced the size of the meal by a great quantity. It was so small, in fact. That it resembled more an appetizer than a meal. The food was good, but so very small and disappointing. It used to be served in a large tin with corn. And all the other things you would expect. The quantity was so small now. That the entire clam bake was served in a soup bowl. Football very disappointing. Probably will not get it again next year.

Food was average. Service was good. Ambiance was nice. First visit to tap room for lunch. Ordered chicken potstickers, coli flower crusted flatbread and baby arugula salad with chicken. The flatbread was a little soggy and topped off with way too much sun dried tomatoes. The salad could have used a lot more cheese. The potstickers were the best of the 3, though my wife thought the cardamom flavor a bit overwhelming.

By chance, my husband and I walk into the taproom last October we sat at the bar and met the bartender her name is Audra and she made our time there wonderful, she makes the best drinks ever definitelyget what you pay for by the end of the evening we became Facebook friends. I happen to visit last week and was still impressed with the place everyone was so nice and accommodating and Audra still makes the best drinks ever. I would definitelyrecommendgoing there.

This is my favorite local spot to come to. The ambiance and location is unbeatable and drinks and service match. Spiros and Audra were very accommodating and know how to make their drinks very well. Highly recommended for tourists, visitors and locals. The Christmas decorations alone are worth seeing!
