great burgers, I loved the sweet potato tots and the fries for a side! they had live music when we showed up too! plenty of space to sit away if you just wanted to chill, outside or at the bar.

We came for the burgers. Of our 3 burger patties (ordered medium-RARE and medium-WELL), all 3 were well-done. No pink. And no one asked if they were cooked properly. Bummer to spend $25 per burger and not get excellent burgers.

I have been here a multiple times and each time I see so many inconsistencies, poor service, and employees talking bad about customers by the bar. Just to remind you, there is a 22% gratuity added to the bill. The service is not worth that alone. There is a really interesting thing about the portions I have noticed. When I order cheese curds with just me and my fiancée I get a bigger bowl, but when we have multiple people with us it is a small bowl. This has happened almost every time I went here. Why?

So far I have been here 4 times. The food is good and standard bar type food, but better then alot of other places. Parking is good due to the free 3hr parking garages. They have wonderful adult milk shakes and those alone are worth returning to this establishment. The low ranking is based off of service and the fact this place is an automatic 20% establishment. From what I have witnessed, most staff do not care about service, and you will be waiting and having to ask for everything.

I recently came into Tap with a few friends and the food was pretty great, the 420 Burger was definitely a favorite so far! Bella was amazing and made sure we had an awesome experience. You can tell she likes her job and has fun while she’s working! Will definitely be back

Amber was the best. She knows what beer I wanted before I even know what I wanted based upon the three questions she asked me. She gave me a sample of a beer and I ordered it right away. Very friendly and engaging. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant to date. I don’t want to forget to mention Noah. I usually get them when I sit at the booths, always has a smile on his face and ready to take on whatever we throw him.

I was surrounded by a few flies while I was there and one flew into my drink and one in to my ketchup that I was dipping stuff in. The manager was very nice about taking a percent off my check but said it’s fruit fly season and it’s par for the course. Didn’t really say anything about fixing that. Don’t really want to go back knowing that seems like the norm. The wait staff was nice. I got the steakhouse burger. Pretty expensive and not that good to be honest. Would have rather gone to Red Robin.
