What a poorly managed store! I can’t believe they’re still open! Twice I’ve tried to order a salad… Out of lettuce. Tonight I tried to call their store for an hour, only getting a busy signal. So I drive up there to tell them, and to order… They’re out of DOUGH! How does that happen? Well, I doubt they’ll ever get another dollar of mine.

Well one of my pizzas was made incorrectly. So I called to let them know, they offered to make a new one but I still had to go pick it up and take back the incorrect one. No offer of a discount or future purchase discount. Not very happy. So not terribly impressed. Food overall was pretty good.

I absolutely love tanos pizza and really wanted to order some. So I checked online and it said they were open until 10:00 and it was 9:00. I kept calling for about 15 minutes and I thought maybe their phones were down. When I got there at 9:20 it was closed. It’s ridiculous. I get if you don’t have the help but at least change the hours online.

The employee behind the counter was friendly & nice and the service was fast. The place looks clean inside, they have a couple of benches to sit on to wait for your order. They have delivery or you can pick it up. Pizza & the breadsticks was delicious and they have really good subs too.

Food is decent. Most of the time they won’t deliver. Hours listed are approximate AT BEST. Says closes at 10pm but you can’t order after 9:25pm. They will not answer

They are always closed when they say their open, they never answer the phone it took me 25 minutes just to place my order, and on top of that another 30 mins to make it. Wasn’t even worth the time or money I spent. Terrible food all around. Rather go somewhere else with the 5 other pizza places in Montpelier.
