Family took us. Not impressed. Waitress was nice and very talkative and friendly. My meal was wrong when brought out. Was replaced with what I wanted. Should of kept the chicken breast n veggies. The burger was beyond editable. It was burnt n dry. Fries were really good. Was told it was because I ordered well done. That was beyond well done. I was offered free dessert, which never came. Sadly I left hungry. Really should of redone dinner for me. Was taken off the bill. Not a great First time being there experience.

Have driven by so many times and finally gave it a try. Self seating for our family of 4. Immediate service. Food was definitely above the cut for sports bar. We loved the chicken lips (small chicken tenderloins) and the Buffalo charbuffed style were amazing! We’ll be coming back here over many other west omaha sports bars for another good time, drinks, and food! Would absolutely recommend.

Tanners is your typical sports bar and grill. When we went in the service was decent and the food was not far behind. I tried the nachos and some of the wings. The nachos were pretty good and the toppings were plentiful.. The wings looked decent but were majorly shorted on sauce… I actually only ate a few as they almost tasted like naked wings… I wouldn’t make a special trip here and think for the price there are better bars to grab food during a game.

Appetizers were spot on. I ordered their “famous” chicken strip, they call “lips” and they were also really good. They make them in different levels of hotness and they came out well presented and hit and fresh. The beer selection was decent, though when I asked for a sample of something I had never tried, I was given an evil look and told they couldn’t do that. However, the drink I did order was prompt and cold.

Noisy sports bar atmosphere. Food was not my thing but was prepared fine. Chicken “lips” are apparently chicken strips. Don’t go there if you want to talk. Too noisy. Clientele was pretty young so may be an age thing.

I had the chicken lips and tator tots. The menu is a bit limited. The chicken lips (like chicken tenders but a little smaller) were okay. I got them battered with buffalo sauce and grilled. The tator tots left my mouth with an oily coating. There are plenty of big TVs so it’s a great place for sports. Overall, nice place but not impressed with the food. I wouldn’t go back if it were up to me but I wouldn’t avoid the place if a group of friends wanted to meet there.
