Cozy, clean & quiet place (the music was in low which was nice) to enjoy some authentic Mexican food! Loved the steak fajitas!! They start you out with some complimentary chips & dip. It was sweet w a tiny kick of hot, delicious! I had an Horchata drink which tasted like an absolute treat! The servers were really nice & quick, nothing to complain about. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had the pleasure of eating at Tangos yesterday for lunch and words can’t describe how much I enjoyed my meal. I order a chicken burrito which was packed with so many flavorful ingredients. The chicken was moist and plentiful and the Berta sauce was incredible:) You definitely want to make your way over to Tangos for lunch or dinner if you’re in the Somerville area:)

First time trying this restaurant, Carne asada Tlayudas and Birria tacos were delicious. The meat for the Birria tacos was very juicy, the shell has a nice crispiness to it, and the broth was very flavorful. Will definitely come back !

Very good place, the burgers, the tortilla salad, and the Horchata are the only three things on the menu that are excellent. The staff were very friendly. Especially one time when they held their first anniversary. And they brought in the Mariachi singers. Which were very nice BTW.

I came here recently for the first time after a friends recommendation. After reviewing the menu I decoded to try their authentic style tacos. One of the things I like particularly about this restaurant is that it serves different styles of tacos opposed to just one. There’s traditional, Tex mex, and birria tacos. Most places that offer tacos only offer one style and I personally like authentic style or birria.

Overall, it was…fine. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant which was unfortunate. We ordered our drinks and to our dismay, we were presented with *cans* of soda. Despite the dearth of customers, our meals took longer than expected to be prepared. My partner got the mixed quesadillas which were tasty. I ordered their featured menu item, the Birria tacos. They were sadly somewhat dry and not all that flavorful, lacking any seasoning.

This place is a hidden gem!! You will get surprise how delicious the food is! I can say is the best authentic Mexican food in the area specially the Tres Leches cake is to die for. Definitely not an ordinary Mexican restaurant.
