We’ve been in Prosper since early 2019, coming from Houston, TX. Houston is known for some of the best pho. We have tried so many places in the surrounding areas and the pho here is trash, until we were recommended Tam’s Cafe!!! We almost cried eating out take out since this tastes like Houston pho. Tam’s Cafe is a small mom and pop place with character. We got beef pho and WOW that broth! On point!! The steak was perfect! We also got the fried Eggroll which was delicious with a wonderful crunch. The sauce though was so flavorful- a mix of sweet and spicy. Best sauce I’ve ever had for fried eggrolls. We Also got spring rolls which were HUGE! Fully packed with a homemade peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was perfection with the peanuts ground up throughout. Flavor of both Eggroll was delicious and authentic! Get both! Their drinks were to die for!! Get any of their teas and of course their iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Flavor was wonderful. Thank God we finally found DAMN GOOD PHO!

Our whole family lives Tam’s. The Pho is delicious. I like the beef, my wife and daughter get chicken. It was my daughter’s first time trying Pho and she has been back twice since! Their Boba Tea is also amazing. We look forward to every visit.

I will forever feel emptiness since this placed has closed. The taste the food left on my mouth felt like it was from the heavens, I now long for the taste of the turkey sandwich made at this location with a complimentary drink of coconut milk tea. Pho is advertised as $8.99, was charged $11.99 each. Spring rolls were made way in advanced, they were stuck to the paper plate we were given, so they tore apart when we ripped them off the plate. They were a mess. Was told our call in to go order would be ready in 30 minutes, when we got there we had to wait another 20 minutes, and I was the only person there. The owner was talking on her bluetooth phone the entire time while she was taking her sweet time to finally finish our order. Ridiculous

Really good food and an such a sweet lady, but this establishment should consider hiring staff. I’ve been waiting for my to-go order for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not my first time to experience such an extremely long time for my food order. I’m still waiting as I type this review. There’s a huge opportunity for improvement due to the fact I am one of three people sitting in the restaurant.

I’ve hit Tam’s Cafe for breakfast three times in the last week. The drinks were awesome….iced coffees and flavored teas. Sign me up!! Far more reasonable then Starbucks, and I visit Starbucks a lot.

Blown away by the food here. We had the pho, grilled pork banh mi, egg rolls, Vietnamese coffee and I don’t know which I’d consider the best because it was all so outstanding. It tastes so fresh and homemade. The service was also outstanding. We will be making this a regular stop

I went for the first time today and got the spring rolls and beef banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich). Both were great and good portion size. I went in person to place a takeout order and the service was fast (just about 5 mins), but all made to order. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

My wife and I went here for the first time today. We wanted to try the Celina Asian Bistro but the wait was really long, so we decided to try to this place for takeout. We ordered a beef banh mi, a pork rice noodle dish, and shrimp wanton soup. I loved the banh mi. It was fresh and really tasty. There was a lot of fresh carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, and a really great use of cilantro in it. it was really good I also had the rice noodle pork dish. It also had a lot of fresh vegetables, pork, rice noodles and two different types of sauces. It also had a really amount of cilantro which really gave it some spice and pop. I was impressed with this place. We also got 3 egg rolls and they were all really good. My wife ate the shrimp wanton soup and she said it was really good. She also got a melon milk tea drink and she really liked that as well. I will say that it took a while to make it, but it was worth it. The place is small, but it was really good. We will be returning.
