Such a cozy little Mexican restaurant in South Philly. Their red sauce is so addicting that I had to ask for more. The service was good. My go-to orders are the chicken quesadilla and Al pastor tacos. The pork chop tacos are also a must try!

When I tell you these are the best chicharrones I’ve ever had the flavor I squirt the lime all over them and then they had this avocado cilantro dipping sauce it’s heaven I love this place. AMAZING!!!

Whatever you order will be delicious. You might even have to take it home and finish it if you get full. Because the food is so flavorful, I see many people take it home when they don’t finish. I always end up hearing something like “Mhhhh!” or “Wow! This is good!” or in Spanish.

Don’t eat here we’ve been here for years but lately they’ve been lacking ( losing their touch). I ordered a torta de milanesa and it was drier than the sun…..my boyfriend ordered a STEAK burrito and it tasted like FISH. Agua frescas are OKAY, agua de jamaica tasted too artificial but agua de horchata was good . But I would recommend going elsewhere coming from a Mexican who has had plenty of Mexican food in their life trust me there’s better restaurants on Washington Ave & Catrina’s food truck is way better!!!
