My son has been dying to try tamales since seeing them on a show last week. We happened to drive by Apex and see this food truck. We ordered the pork tamale with Salsa Roja. It was delicious! Not overly spicy, yet it had tons of flavor and a kick of heat. He’s hooked! He already asked to go back tomorrow!

Tamales and service were excellent. Very reasonably priced. I’m usually partial to pork and green sauce, but chicken with red sauce was probably my favorite. Will definitely come again.
