Wow, this place is next to a gas station off the highway? This place has trendy and happening vibes. I was prepared for mediocre food but surprisingly the 3 dishes we had were delicious. The Fuji Mountain appetizer had fresh sashimi and good flavor. The Tama Tantan (spicy ramen) was pretty good but I think the tea egg could be a little less sweet. The Tama Mazemen (brothless ramen) was really good. Who knew parmesean cheese would go so well with ramen. I will be back

I ordered take-out. It was amazing! As soon as you walk in you get a vibe – like you are in the club or dancing at a mall. I usually don’t like Brussel Sprouts but the Miso Ramen changed my mind! I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome new Ramen spot in front the blue mountains no views though. Had the chicken Ramen with some good kimchi would like it a little more spicy. Good atmosphere, not a red guy though. Delicious drinks.

Every single thing was perfect! From food to drinks to atmosphere everything exceeded my expectations. Food and drinks all came out with good timing. I loved the Tama chicken karaage buns, the Takoyaki and the Yuzu Pear Salmon appetizer—I’ll be trying the ramen next but my friend has already tried it (Tama Classic and Chicken ramen) and said both were amazing! For drinks, the Tama whiskey sour (made with yuzu…YUM) and Asian Pear martini were phenomenal but I might just have to try all of them —thank you Jay! 🙂 I also want to add that the presentation is very beautiful; I love the Japanese pottery and the organic and elegant simplicity of everything. This will definitely become one of my go-to spots!

We have been waiting excitedly for the grand opening of Tama Ramen and Bar. The food is delicious and eclectic, something for everyone. I loved the House Udon stir fry. The Vietnam rolls were outstanding with peanut sauce and chopped peanuts. Welcome to the neighborhood, and we will be back again very soon.
