Such delicious food ~ one of our favorites! I have a lifetime goal to try everything vegetarian on the menu. The Joint Chiropractic ♥️ is right up the road in the Pick N Save plaza, so we get to enjoy meals here often! Convenient location, just off the highway.

We’ve been savoring the food we carry out from Taj Mahal or enjoy while dining in for over 10 years. The owners are kind, generous with their helpings, and welcome us as family. The best Indian food in Milwaukee!

A hidden gem. Authentic homemade Indian cuisine. Linen tablecloths and napkins, nicely decorated, clean, and food was incredible!! A must visit for anyone who loves Indian food or has always wondered what it would be like. Our waiter was great with suggestions and pairings!

We have been going here at least 18 years. Other restaurants in the area have gone thru as many as 5 owners but this place keeps chugging along with consistent good food. If anything, they are busier now, but never full. I love various curries and have tried dozens of indian restaurants and this is as good as any of them and better than most. The coconut butter chicken is my personal favorite but I’ve never been disappointed on the other dishes I’ve tried.

We get chicken vindaloo spicy and are always pleased with the amount of flavor and heat. If you’re feeling brave, try it extra hot! It’s still excellent, but not for the faint of heart. The quality of the ingredients is always appreciated as well. They won’t give you thigh and leg meat like other places do, and the prices are much more reasonable. The naan is like no other. Huge pieces that are soft and buttery. This is our go-to Indian restaurant and we are happy to support locally owned businesses.

There are a few things to mention about this place. The dining area seemed to be pleasant and well-maintained. Service was friendly and efficient. Location, parking and price are fine. Some of the dishes were a bit too spicy hot 4 us. The yogurt was not to our liking. The spinach was overpowered with garlic. We feel the chai tea is too sweet. If these few small things were improved, could be worthy of four or five stars.

My husband and I love Taj Mahal so much (was a favorite for carryout when we lived nearby), we drive up from the Lake Geneva area! It is absolutely worth the drive, because there is no substitute for greatness.

This is the best Indian food I’ve ever had anywhere. We’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed with anything. My favorites are the coconut chicken and the coconut naan. My husband loves the lamb bhuna.
