Had dinner here with family. Although I didn’t like the indoor environment but luckily they moved us to the outdoor (back side of the restaurant) which was very nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed the food and ambience; staff was nice and the food came in pretty quickly. Quick tip – parking is lil tricky here!

best buffet, and the employees totally love when I roll in on the one wheel. I took some pictures of the art and sculptures in here, really cool stuff but I guess the owner spotted me and told one of the servers to let me know I shouldn’t take pictures – too late though because I captured almost all the awesome art that is in here and am sharing with you now. The food is amazing and I think they might even use real ghee in their recipes – traditional style. I so love the food and service here, I will be a regular customer whenever visiting ashland and the rogue valley.

The food here is decent. I’ve only been here for the buffet which is relatively limited for an Indian buffet. The quality is good enough and worth stopping in if you’re hungry and in the neighborhood. Otherwise head over to Masala where they serve much higher quality fare.

Taj is an amazing restaurant! I went to the buffet today and had a great customer service experience. I arrived later than I wanted to, but the servers working at Taj welcomed me and allowed me to still eat at the buffet. I went to the restaurant for dinner a couple weeks ago, and had the same couple of servers that I had today. They always give good vibes and are very welcoming. The food was the best part! I love Taj Indian Cuisine because I always leave satisfied and excited to eat there again. Thank you!

The food at the lunch buffet all tasted very good and I especially enjoyed the butter chicken sauce. Unfortunately the staff did not smile or make us feel welcome. Their expressions and vibe almost felt hostile, which interfered with our experience. They need a consultant to explain how guests on vacation would like to be received.

It’s a nice restaurant walkable from our Plaza. Food tasted good but the portion size for entrees was small. Mixed veg pakodas were yummy! Palak paneer was good. Vegetable biryani was actually vegetable pulav. It doesn’t have biryani taste but good pulav it is. Dal soup was good. Jeera rice was a bit dry. Mango lassi and salt lassi were great!
