Had an amazing New Years Eve Dinner at Tait’s Bill of Fare. Just perfect . Highlights (they were hard to narrow down tbh): The welcoming ambiance created with the gorgeous tree and warmth in the dining room, the sweet butter melting on crusty bread, the swift and friendly smiles of the smooth staff, and I’m not forgetting the sinfully captivating butterscotch cheesecake at the end of a delicious and fulfilling meal. Above all that was given tonight, the most precious is that feeling you get being a part of a small community in a cozy meeting place. A home away from home. This is now our tradition. Spectacular night Tait’s! Bravo!

Absolutely delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. Server was was knowledgeable and helpful with explaining their wonderful made to order food dishes. The crab soup was fantastic! Will definitely come again and highly recommend.

A true gem a block off us23, we were pampered the minute we walked in, attention to detail in every aspect, 6 of us all ordered different things and all were delicious. This was a favorite place for locals years ago, now I know why.

My friend and I had dinner at Taits last night. It was fantastic. I hadn’t been there in years. The food was so good. Prices were good-you get lots of food. Drinks great. Atmosphere is so relaxing. And a piano player adds to the ambiance. We will be going back soon!

Tait’s is the place to go in Oscoda for a quiet meal where conversation is important and the food is good. If you’re looking for burgers, fries and beers, you should go across the street. Tait’s is a more refined experience and the people are fantastic.
