Would have given more stars, however, at 7:30 p.m. they ran OUT of tzatziki! This is a Mediterranean food place. How can they possibly run out when they are open til 10 p.m.? Service was very slow, only one person working in front and she was busy filling call-in orders, so we had to stand there waiting 10 minutes for her to help us. Food was OK, nothing special.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We were immediately greeted with fresh-out-of-the-fryer falafel samples which were delicious and ended up ordering a falafel bowl and a chicken Schwarma bowl. Great selection of toppings. Everything tasted fresh and much better than Cava! I was surprised at how generous they were with the protein and the ratio of greens, grains, protein, and toppings were perfect. Will definitely be coming back.

Next to China King in Trader Joe’s center. Sauces are good. Cauliflower option really good. Love that they support Capital Area Food Bank. This place is in between Cava and Falafel Inc in everything including pricing.

I was denied service at the register because the lady mentioned they were understaffed. As a result, I was told to order from the tablet. I mentioned I normally order from the register but got the same result. After fiddling with the tablet and getting confused, I mentioned I needed help and would like to order. The managers response was “give me 5 minutes”. All of this resulted in me almost missing most of lunch break and leaving unsatisfied.

Amazing food, my kids and I had chicken shawarma bowls (chicken, rice, seasoned chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes and feta). My daughter had fries with whipped garlic. Everything was delicious! This will be a definite go-to for my kids and I. The staff is friendly and helpful and the decor is beautiful! I would suggest trying at least once, you will not be sorry! Download the app!

I saw this place was opening up about a month ago and I’ve been waiting to give them a try as I really enjoyed their NYC locations. I placed a larger order through their app and came in to pick it up. The staff were friendly and even let me spin a wheel to win some free stuff. The food itself was really good. The pita was fluffy and the sabich was great! The hummus bowls I ordered were good but would have been better had we ate them at the location as the falafel would have still been hot and crispy.

I’m so glad Taim opened right by our home! My husband and I have already eaten there several times and each time has been delicious. It’s similar to Cava and Mezeh though has some distinct flavors. It’s also different in that you do not watch them prepare the food. That said, the food is fresh and healthy, and there are lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. The staff have always been very friendly. Though we’ve never stayed to eat, the space is clean.
