I had the pork adobo and lumpia! The re wasn’t a wait to order and it was such a big portion too. The lumpia came out first and was piping hot but after waiting a moment and dipping it into the sauce it tasted amazing. The pork adobo was just as good too! 10/10 would eat here again

Like a home cooked meal with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The kind of small business that deserves a ton of support.

I highly recommended everyone check out Tagpuan Restaurant to eat delicious Filipino food! Originally from Delaware the only Filipino food I knew was my mom and aunts, then I moved to DC where you can easily visit different restaurants for ethnic food. But in Delaware things are limited, and I randomly came across this restaurant on Google and told my mother about it. Shortly after while visiting home my mom, brother and myself came here and I was truly amazed! The food is sooooooo good, that’s an understatement! Every dish we had was well prepared and seasoned to perfection!! We had no complaints at all! The potions are big so as you can see we each picked a dish and shared, and we still left with leftovers. After having lunch we left and maybe 40 minutes returned to top off our meal with Halo Halo. I cannot wait to visit Tagpuan again. From Dover the food, friendliness, and customer service is well worth it. It’s like visiting family.

They pass off some type of pork roast for pork belly which it was not. The noodle dish we ordered said rice noodles but it was obvious it was bean thread or glass noodles. Clear noodles.

I was in for dinner the day before. They were sold out of Chicken Adobo. I returned the next day shortly after lunch only to find out they were sold out again. As I was preparing to leave, Carlos(?) called out saying he had slightly over half serving available. He graciously gave the dish to me at no charge.

This dine in/takeout Filipino restaurant has the best tasting sisig, bulalo, and other Filipino delicacies. Caloy and staff are most attentive. If you would like a taste of some Filipino food, definitely try Tagpuan!

Delicious food, good prices, and friendly service. Their interior is clean and open to dining but I didn’t use it. I really liked the palabok, halo halo, and adobong mani. Could use a working website to find the menu but I took a picture which I provided below. I’ll be back many times. 🙂
