This is a really good Indian place in Payson!

We loved the vegan options, we got the tofu vindaloo, Aloo Gabi, and the Chana masala. The spice level options were nice. If you like heat the medium is a good place to start, it was my maximum though. My personal favorite was the Chana masala. We got lots of Naan bread as well, which was good. Great portions and flavors!

This is really my first experience going out and getting Indian food for myself. I’ve been exposed to it a couple of times in other places, but never have I actually gone to an Indian sit down restaurant. And I will have to tell you, I absolutely love this place! I got Tikka masala and butter chicken, and both were exquisitely excellent along with their seasoned basmati rice. Our waitress was amazing and helpful as well, and had great recommendations for us. To tell you how good that tikka masala was that I got, I was literally compelled to lick the bowl clean because I didn’t want it to be over. The butter chicken that my wife got was also super good that we are debating back and forth which of the two dishes was actually better. I also got a garlic naan bread, and it was okay but was lacking the flavor that I was thinking I was going to get. I think I should have gone with my servers recommendations that the Rosemary garlic naan bread would have been much better.

My experience happened from their food truck. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and a garlic naan. The menu said $11.95 and then $2.95 for the naan. I was charged $19 total. At the time I wasn’t thinking about the price since it was at a carnival but now I am fuming. I won’t ever be trying the actual restaurant now.

Really yummy food!! Had the goat curry which is super good if you already like lamb. My husband tried the Chicken Rogan Josh which was completely different in flavors but equally as tasty and flavorful! The only thing I didn’t love was the mango coconut ice cream but that’s just because it’s different in texture from what I’m used to (more grainy than American ice cream) Overall great experience!!

Excellent Indian food. Naan was warm and flavorful. Ate some the next day and was still crispy. They adjust the spice to your preference. I got medium and it was enough to tingle the mouth without setting it on fire. Servings were generous. I will come again,

Very disappointed. We love the food here, but it used to be much more affordable. They had a lunch buffet, lunch specials, and large portion sizes. Not only is their buffet still closed, but they charge dinner prices all day long for SMALLER portion sizes. $50 for a small lunch for two isn’t worth it to us. We won’t be eating here anymore.

Great flavor of the food, but I had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my $16 chicken coconut kurma. I ordered the mango coconut ice cream and for $4.75 I got maybe 1/3 cup of frozen solid “ice cream” that my spoon can’t scoop. I was really disappointed in the media on the TV. I wouldn’t want to bring my family there because what was on the screen was inappropriate.
