Neither my husband nor I are vegan, but this is hands down our favorite taco place. Everything is made fresh and so packed with flavor. Some favorites are the plantain con mole, barbacoa (braised jackfruit), soy chorizo, and mushroom asada. The prices are very affordable for the quality of the food. Staff is friendly, too! Plus they have beers and margaritas for those dining in (along with delicious horchata and agua fresca). What’s not to love?

Oh M Gee! The food is absolutely delicious. The portion is a great size. So much flavor in every bite. There is absolutely nothing I don’t like about this place. The staff is wonderful and attentive. The margaritas are so tasty. Yummy yummy for the tummy. I recommend this place to all my Vegan and non vegan friends/family.

Love this place! Great staff! Friendly! Cool vibe and ambience! I love the chicken milanesa and pastor tacos! The chicken taco tastes better than real chicken. The margaritas are truly amazing. Vegetarian Mexican food at it’s best right here in Henderson!!!

This place has the best vegan tacos in the city! I always get good tacos and brunch items here. Minimal waste is important to me, but the staff does not consider minimizing the waste. I asked for a fork, and the girl was about to give me a plastic fork. I told her I do not want to waste plastic and wanted a silver fork. She threw a perfectly good fork away and gave me the silver one while her coworker was laughing.

Such a good vegetarian neighborhood restaurant. They have a very selection of Mexican-inspired food with lots of great protein substitutes. We tried almost every dish on their menu. We really like their Barbacoa, dorado and veggie tacos, enchiladas and aguas frescas. They also serve alcohol here like Mexican beers and Margaritas! There is a spacious back patio here which makes it a great spot for an evening meal. Overall a great place and highly recommended.

We were biking along the Paseo Verde trail and stumbled upon this hidden gem while looking for somewhere to grab a late lunch. Very convenient access for cyclists, and we could kick stand our bikes off to the side within eye sight and grab one of the patio tables. I hadn’t been to this plaza corner since it used to have a Starbucks, but now the corner outdoor patio area is shared by Tacotarian and the Bang Boom Cafe.

If you’re looking for delicious tacos – this is the place. If you’re looking for vegan tacos – this is also the place. Tacotarian, located in Henderson (215 and Valley Verde Dr.), provides a modern take on Mexican food. There’s no meat on their menu, but you would never know it. Like the name suggests, Tacotarian is a vegetarian taco eatery. To be quite honest, I had no idea when I walked into this restaurant that it was a vegetarian spot, however, I was beyond surprised. The place is phenomenal and the food packs tons of flavor. The manager was super friendly and talked to me a bit about their philosophy of providing healthy, yet flavorful Mexican food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My gf and I absolutely LOVE Tacotarian, but sadly with our work schedules we can’t always get it fresh. So I went into Tacotarian the other day and had an unusual request, one I was fine if rejected as I don’t like to cause a restaurant too much distraught. Anyway, in order to have my Giant Taco as fresh as possible, I basically asked for a deconstructed version so I can put it together at home and not eat a soggy taco, and they amazingly didn’t mind! They super hooked me up, and by they, I mean Gigi and Sofia, they made my experience super pleasant; their customer service is on point! If my budget allows it I’ll be coming here much more often haha.
