They used to grill onions with the meat and cilantro. I stopped in starving got home and it was meat on a tortilla. I was so disappointed. I made my own and wanted to take them some to show them how to cook.

My favorite tacos ever! Whenever I’m in Denver I make sure to stop by and get my fixing on some FIRE tacos. Oh yeah they make fresh corn tortillas and their meat is not greasy! The salsa is on point and the limes are always juicy!

Have been going there for over 10 years to get my Off Menu Tony Burrito which is ( Steak, Pork, Rice, Beans & Cheese ) then top if off with their Green Chili, Onion Mix, Salt & Lime. Try it the next time you go down and you will love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
