While classic Mexican dishes are vital to the menu, it’s also nice to be able to veer into creative territory once in a while. Some customers just want to try something new; others might have dietary restrictions that prevent them from enjoying some of the classic dishes.
At Tacos TJ, in addition to the classics, we also have plenty of creative twists on Mexican cuisine. For those who love the traditional favorites but want to try a different flavor, they can try our QuesaBirria Tacos or MeEncantas Tacos (made with Anaheim pepper); our the delicious Huitlacoche Quesadillas.

Visited to test out for catering an event, and the staff went above and beyond. We love that all workers are vaccinated, but the best part…Everything was DELICIOUS!!! They have 4 different chefs who have developed an extensive menu and you can’t go wrong. Great vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options! New favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa.

I’m not a big fan of food trucks—this is an exception. I had their fish tacos at a private party at Shady Oak and they were delightful. Rich flavors, very tasty salsa, great service. I will seek these guys out.
