We tried their new breakfast menu this morning and was very happy with our food and the service. We had their breakfast burritos Is there Amazing You’re able to substitute Other ingredients but I recommend trying it the way they make it with no substitutions. It is awesome, and they have a black bean salsa. That goes with it, that is also amazing

I was going to this place every day when they first opened because I loved the Tamales so much. The owner let me know one day that they would be hiring some overnight staff to make the tamales to help keep up with demand. The next time I went after that the tamales had no flavor, so I stopped going. It has been about a month (maybe a bit more) since I had gone and decided to stop by today to give them another shot.

I went in for tamales, no cheese(KYLE!), so we got steak, chicken ones. They have some heat. They’re not bad, tasty and authentic, but a bit bland other than the heat. I would definitely come back for the cheese, and pork ones.

Authentic tamales experience. This food rivals the street food I loved in East LA. The staff is so friendly I felt like a regular on my first visit.

Have never been here before, but staff were more than happy to explain the menu and answer our food-questions.

I haven’t eaten at a better mom and pop place in a while. They make all their own food and salsa’s in house. They’re very sociable and friendly

The guy that I think was the owner. Really nice guy. The girl who took my order. I’m not sure she knew the food or anything. Taco wasn’t very good. Tamale was very bland. I tasted the hot sauce which was good but I don’t think they put much on my taco. The owner talked about his salsa which was good. The rice was a ball. The beans were ok. Someone compared the taco’s to Taco Johns. No. Not even close.

Definitely could use more salt and seasonings because the food was very bland. Tacos weren’t very warm and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The meat in the taco’s had no flavor and the tamales were very dry. The quesadilla was okay but nothing to write home about.

My new favorite taco place, everything tastes homemade. Hand grated cheese is perfect! I like that I can choose the level of heat (1-3) for the meat. I also like that they don’t have combo meals, choose exactly what I want, 2 tacos and a burrito or a taco of each meat. Their salsa is top notch (heat level 1-10). The owner is always so nice and always seems to be coming up with something new like the pablano queso we had today. I will say the young girl that takes your order could have a bit more personality and ask what heat level you’d like; I know to say what heat level I want but new customers don’t know and then complain that the meat isn’t very flavorful. I think she just needs a bit more training and encouragement to be more outgoing.

The owners are so kind and brilliant. Best Hispanic food I’ve had since moving to Wisconsin (came from Colorado). Everything is fresh and has amazing flavor! All the sauces are house made and the green sauce is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
