Delicious authentic Mexican food. My boyfriend and I were traveling from Texas to Colorado and looking for just such a cozy Mexican restaurant. For connoisseurs of truly authentic Mexican cuisine, this is an ideal option. With Mexican music and a very large selection of tacos. Personally, I found my favorite TACOS de cabeza, which is sometimes very difficult to find.

First time to Tacos Los Vaqueros and I can say that it is one of the best taco restaurants that I have been to. I had the birria taco, carne asada taco, and the tripa taco. The tortillas are a little oil fried, just like I like them with tacos. Everything was delicious and will be heading back very soon.

The worst absolute menudo I’ve ever had. Bones and stinky. Yes menudo stinks but not to this extent!! Lazy preparation and flavor was just plain weird!!! Almost $40 for 2

My family and i went in for quesa-tacos, and the consume had a fly swimming in it after I already took more than a couple of bites. Looking around the entire restaurant was swarming with flys.

A fly in my menudo I bought and brought home today 10/16 NEVER going back, and the menudo is not cheap it is $14 each menudo.
