We ordered here off door dash. We got 4 asada 4 Al pastor. Delicious I didn’t even get a picture because we started eating right away. I requested extra salsa extra JALEPENOS and they sent an abundance! We will definitely eat here again hopefully next time in person to get the vibe and ambience!

Best tacos I’ve had so far in CO. Both of their salsas were surprisingly good too! Just be prepared to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. This food truck is popular and for good reason.

These tacos are amazing!!! We will literally drive all the way here for these tacos! They are pure perfection, & the red salsa is the perfect hint of spice!. I don’t think there is a better taco truck out there!. Even my daughter loves them and is thr pickiest eater ever!

BEST TACOS IN LONGMONT! The barbacoa here is amazing and the tacos are such a good deal at $2.50. Plus they give you free chips and salsa and play Spongebob in the dining room. This place is a gem.

I’m from California/ Mexican America. I grew up eating barbacoa. These are the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had period. The meat is super tasty!!! And the tortillas are soft and yummy.

Tacos are super authentic and very delicious. So far one of the best food trucks out there. Service is fast and doesn’t compromise. I have gotten the tacos de assada and the burritos de assada. Kids love them too.
