Wow!!! My husband wanted Mexican but I was not craving it, but I am glad we went! This was not only one of the nicest Mexican restaurants in the area but the food and drinks were also amazing!! Definitely recommend the mojitos and the chicken ranchero but definitely add a side of their veggies… so good!! Also had a nice bar with big TVs, and the tall booths are nice. We definitely will be back!

I’m always looking for good Mexican food. This place was a huge disappointment. I should have known better then to go to a chain. Friendly server but super slow service. Waited 10 minutes just for our margaritas. And they were beyond strong. I would have gotten a DWI after drinking half of it. We sent them back to the bar and asked for waters. The bartender was not happy. Food was ok but nothing great. And why is there only one kind of chicken taco and it’s only dark meat? This place is one and done.

So my wife and I wanted to try this place because we like this type of food.. we went a few days after opening where they should be on their top notch, food and service and I’ve been thinking a long time about rightness review because I hate writing bad reviews of our place at best this place deserves at best two stars.. we were seated immediately the first table they seated that was actually dirty so they sat us down another table. That was OK. I took the waitress a few minutes to come to us, but not a big deal. we ordered our food and I have to say it was pretty good not great overall, I think the appetizers were better than the main courses. I was definitely very disappointed with the fajitas and the portion and price and taste . My wife felt exactly the same about her chimichanga and only had chicken and cheese. Usually it has the meat, rice beans etc. in it and usually pretty decent size at most places. This is actually really small. I had asked the waitress numerous times for drinks, and sometimes she never returned with the drinks that we wanted. so at best my recommendation for anybody wanting to go here go there to the bar for drinks and appetizers. Even then I feel that you get nickel and dime. I’ve also spoke to other friends that have gone there and they feel exactly the same way. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but you get what you deserve at the end of the day, very disappointed in this place, and will not be returning whatsoever.

The service was very poor, we didn’t get any water to drink plus had to ask repeatedly for hot sauce and paper napkins. When our food arrived we had no plates but definitely the food is very flavorful and tasty. The place was dirty and added some pictures to show our surroundings. On top of that we asked for a side of sour cream for our to go and without saying anything they added an extra dollar.

This place is a hidden gem! I had no idea it was there until I had to take my daughter to urgent care. A neighbor told me how great it was and I’m very glad I gave it a try tonight. The custom-made margarita was the best I’ve ever had! The tacos and fried plantains were delish.

Fantastic Service! We used them for catering for a birthday party serving 40 people. Food was delicious, received lots of great reviews from our guests. They were punctual on delivery. The GM Chris was so kind, available and flexible with our requests. The owner Tony was very personable and flexible. Do not hesitate to work with them and order from this restaurant!

I LOVE the vegetarian options on the menu, I’m trying to cut back on eating meat, the staff were pretty nice they get 5⭐ but food wasn’t so great. The refried beans looked like baby food and tasted like it too, no flavor or texture. The didn’t have flavor either just Blend. The ONLY thing that saved this place was the Stuffed Pepper! That will probably be my new addiction because it had so much flavor, I want it right now.

Very happy to find this place. We were in the mood for tacos (and booze! ). Unfamiliar with the area, but Google ‘tacos near me’ and Tacos El Tio came up a few mins away. Lizzy made us feel at home, made some great suggestions, and took great care of us. I appreciate the regular ‘check-ins’ that were just infrequent enough to still enjoy our meals. And speaking of meals, the chef is no point! Shrimp cooked just right, many flavors, so tasty. We will definitely be returning. Maybe I’ll take pics next time.
