While working out of town, I stopped by this little food truck and it didn’t disappoint for sure! I ordered the Asada fries and they were very good! They did have a little shaded sitting area which was a plus. It was pretty busy so I’m sure they have a lot of repeat customers.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado. Great tacos and tamales. I knew it was going to be good when the kid that greeted me at the window was nice and I smelled what was cooking. The prices are more than fare too. It’s hard to find a place with good prices and good food and most of all good service anywhere around here.

The very best no-frills street tacos in any mountain town in Colorado. Tip: If the food truck is closed, order online to pick up at their brick & mortar restaurant in downtown Salida. Then, bring your take-out to the riverside park for a picnic!

Why does anyone review a place if they didn’t actually try the food? You’re not helping other consumers by dishing out a poor review because you ‘were not able to try the place’ or ‘they didn’t answer the phone.’ It is a TRUCK. There is nothing more I need to know other than: ‘How good is the food.’

Most authentic tacos in town. Absolutely delicious. They have a couple of tables to sit at while you enjoy your food. Definitely worth a stop, especially if you’re trying to avoid the crowds downtown!

Amazing food and great service! And whoever “lisa david” is wherever you got your information from its totally inaccurate. I eat there everyday and have never seen or heard of any illegal activity especially involving drugs.. I think its pathetic to leave such an inaccurate review! Fu##in whooks!
