Ate here for my first time and while the folks running the truck are nice, the food is not good. It took a really long time for it to come up (over 20 minutes), the beans you could tell were from a can, toppings were minimal, and the chicken was dry. The tortillas are just regular food service Sysco tortillas. Maybe I came on and off day for them given that other people have good experiences but for me I will not be coming back.

This was quality food. I’ve been here four years and have been looking for authentic mexican grub. Coming from SoCal, I was a bit spoiled when it came to Mexican food, but I’ve now found my “go-to” for Mexican. Nothing else I’ve had in Salem compares.

This place is great but has moved to rachet brewing of Salem. We make it out for the taco Tuesday deal every week! Three tacos draft beer and a churro all for $10. I dare you to find a better deal. Food always comes out the way I ordered it and tastes great. Highly recommend giving them a try!

They staff were very nice but I ordered an asada burrito with rice in it and I got back to work to enjoy it, no rice. But that was not the issue the meat had so much gristle in it I ended up throwing half of it away. I will try them again because sometimes its just an off night.
