We started in 2014 in a small trailer that my husband, father in-law, and I build ourselfs. Our frist location was at a parking lot at Pyramid Print, owner offered there parking lot to us before we got started (thank you.) Located at 2nd and Bryant. Then we got invited to Wit’s End Brewery (thank you) and all kinds of breweries invited us to use there parking space afterwards. And in 2016 we upgraded to a driving moving food truck that we still use for private events. AND IN 2017 WESTWOOD NAME US FOR ONE OF TOP 10 FOOD TRUCK IN DENVER FOR OUR TACO AL PASTOR. And in 2018 we moved in to our own brick-and-mortal located at 2336 E.46th Ave Denver CO, 80216.On 2022 we move to a different brick-and-mortal located at 2111 E.48th Denver CO 80216.

We have been to this place a few times already, a friend recommended it and it’s very good We have tried tacos Al pastor, they are bomb! We recently went again and decided to try something else from the menu, el huequito burrito and this was 10/10 my husband really enjoyed it. I got 4 tacos all different meats and again very delicious. Thank you for the great service too!

When I tell you I don’t eat corn…this corn is fire!!! I encourage you to check out this new little gem. The staff is AWESOME! THE CHIPS AND SALSA… AND THE SPECIAL ORDER OF THE EL HUEGITO BURRITO!!! I follow the Pescatarian diet, and they are so accommodating! VEGETARIANS look out… we will have VEGETARIAN Beans soon.

I was surprised to find this place in the area that it is in. Someone recommended it to me and I’m glad they did. The staff was very friendly and waitress was attentive. We had a group of 6 on a wednesday at approx 11:30am and sat down immediately. Restaurant had a number of patrons in and out while we were there but there was always a table open. The food took a little bit to get to the table but was temp appropriate when it did arrive. Absolutely delicious. I had a three taco plate(1 chicken, 1 chorizo and 1 adoboda) some of the best tacos I’ve ever had and the price was very reasonable. $3.75ea! I will definitely be back to this location but just a warning, I wouldn’t venture down this way after dark.

Can I just say that the beans dip I had and have been craving was what I was looking forward to and more like we Mexicans say “hasta LAMBI el plato” the beans had the right flavor and for those that don’t know about flavor in their beans is because their tasting buds are off. The food was amazing like always. But definitely coming back for more beans!!!

Came upon this place unexpectedly and let me tell you…we want to go back. This hidden gem is so good! My husband and I were waiting on our truck at the nearby impound lot (darn truck thieves…but it was found) and we had time to kill. My husband who is always on the lookout for Mexican food found this place. We will definitely return!
