hi, I ordered a California burrito with marinated pork, to just try the place. In the burrito is no veggies but is listed guacamole for $2 different from the regular burrito. In my burrito were little meat and zero guacamole. I was hungry I ate, but that kind of burrito is not worth half of the price. I told the lady there about it, but nothing happened. Baja Grill restaurants have under $10 and really delicious Mexican food when you need to grab something fast. But never this place.

Family member brought home a regular chicken burrito for me. Supposedly grilled chicken, beans, rice and an onion/cilantro mix…..It was pretty bad. Contained about 1/3 cup of raw diced onion…all in in spot. Also, more than a fair share of grisly meat plus some various other darker pieces of jerky type substance? As I don’t eat beef, this was very concerning! The tortilla was rubbery…it was just awful. Will never order from this location again. Buyer beware.

Really a bad burrito experience. I ordered a California burrito with pollo asada and was disappointed to find that it only contained rice and French fries. On the plus side it was massive, like a toddler’s leg. But badly made. I ate through about half of it and discovered that the second half did contain some meat and some cheese. Maybe a tablespoon of guacamole and basically nothing else. No salsa or sour cream that I could find. So when I had the leftovers I had some ingredients to work with when I made a new burrito from the filling. I added the things that were missing and it was ok.

Got a regular chicken Taco for $12 there, the worse taco I ever had. Almost chocked on it, so dry it was. Old pieces of some kind of chicken meat and some dry rice and that was it. I didn’t order beans but the taco was impossible. No more Mexican food in the Mall!

10/2022-California burrito with pastor was delicious but a bit salty. Fries were still crispy. Carnitas was also tasty. Employees were wearing masks.

I was craving Mexican and ordered through DoorDash. I didn’t realize this place was at a food court inside a mall. I got a super taco, meaty fries, and a California burrito. The super taco was not worth $5. The menu said it has guacamole and salsa fresca, but my taco was missing that. The meaty fries was bland. The carne asada didn’t have much flavor and there wasn’t enough meat. I would probably order this again with a different meat topping only because I love carne asada fries and haven’t found another spot that have this on their menu. The California burrito with al pastor was really good and flavorful.

Ordered 3 veggie tacos and all it came with was vegetables and tortillas… I was pretty disappointed and was shocked that they didn’t include rice and beans. Could be so much better if they just added that.

Good overall. California is known for Mexican food (learned that when I was here) not the best but not the worst. I find it strange you can customize what you put in it.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and received a burrito that look like it had burst open on the top. When I went back to the counter to correct my order they said it was indeed how they serve quesadillas and there was nothing they could do about it. The women behind the counter grabbed the order and cut it open even more before handing it back to me like this…If you look closely you can see her finger marks. Safe to say I had to go somewhere else for lunch. I do not recommend eating here.
