Whenever I make it to McMinnville I always try and stop at El Gordo. A friendly staff and great food makes for a great experience. They have done some remodeling work on the inside and it has turned out great with more things to grab while in town.

Absolutely delicious, many choices, tried a ton of them. All great picks, the Birria was insane, tripa really good and crispy and fatty, and you can choose lots of sauces and toppings too. They even gave us an extra consome . Clean space too and great drinks, I got and loved their coconut and mango drink!

Best tacos and tortas in town. Quesabirria tacos are cooked to perfection. Order food then hit up the outdoor bar for a margarita. Salsa bar loaded with salsas from medium to very hot, pickled onions, pickled carrots and jalapeños, cilantro, cabbage, beans etc.

So yum! Had the taco bowl with chicken. I thought it would be smaller. Enough to share! Plenty of toppings and great wait staff. I’ll go back!

Those are the best tacos I have tried in town! The chidos tacos were so huge also comes with guacamole. They have a salad bar where you can get whatever you want for your tacos. Also beans. Everything was super fresh and everything was made by womans!! Happy to support business like this I will be back for sure.

Love the outside taco stand and then eating on the large porch outside. They have a salsa bar that is great! Food is average but still a fun place to eat. You can order a margarita inside and bring it out to the patio. They are open until 10 pm
