Been coming lately but the service is getting worse and worse , placed order on the phone girl told me to be there in 15 minutes .. 40 minutes later I’m still sitting here . If she told me before I would have went somewhere else .. .last time coming here this is completely uncalled for and an absolute waste of time . I used to be a regular here but I can’t take this anymore. Quick update also ! I ordered 2 grilled and 2 shredded with no sour cream due to allergies and all of them have sour cream and all 4 are grilled after they were done they told me they were out of shredded ! It gets worse and worse and worse . When I took the food back and told the girl I asked for no sour cream it was on my receipt she just looked at me and said “yeah I think” I left my food there didn’t get a refund and just left . I’ve had food here a few times. Not overall impressed, not the worst food and not the best. 1 star here for service. I called in to place a pick up order and they want payment over the phone? No thanks, not giving you my CC details over the phone, your a taqueria, not an auto repair shop, not a shop where I’m buying parts or materials to build something or etc. Why is it that I can call in a pickup order at all the other taco spots in Hayward, provide my name and phone number, then advised when the food is ready, then show up and pay with cash or scan my card at the register but not this place? I was really only ordering from you cause your like 2 blocks away but I won’t waste my time trying again. No thanks.

Great taco spot if you’re looking for quality at an affordable price. Al pastor is always my barometer at Mexican restaurants. This place’s Al pastor is chunky, flavorful, cut in strips, and doesn’t look like cat food – all signs that they use decent ingredients and aren’t just drenching meat in sauce. Would recommend. If you e never had suadero as a meat, I’d recommend it. It’s beef and has a nice crispy texture.

Had tacos for dinner at this spot and they were horrible. The pastor did not taste good and had too much fat. The guy at the cashier register was rude, obnoxious, and has bad customer service skills. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!

The food was great, the environment was pretty good, and everything was clean! The burritos are to die for! and the young man at the register was really kind and sweet that took his time to translate the ingredients because I couldn’t understand very well, he was really patient, and the staff was also really nice! It was a really quick service as well!
