Service was 10/10 very nice and polite from everyone. Taste was definitely a 10/10 from the first bite you can taste the flavor of their fresh man tortillas, the very tasteful meat, and their sauce. The nopales that they serve with a tortilla bien tostatita with their fresh guacamole ohhh my goodnesss that alone made me love this place very much. Overall truly I didn’t think they were good but they live up to their expectations! Must have for any taco cravings these are it!!!

It was nice and fun but they don’t appear to sell chicken or pollo. I was confused. But man oh man was it ever busy!! Lots of people getting their taco fix taken care of. And who can blame them?! They have lengua and that’s like a Sunday staple in many household. Especially on Sunday! Also beef hearts. Not to be confused with Captain Beefheart who used to kick it with Frank Zappa. There are so many options so bring plenty of cash. Stock up now! Then eat until you are full or broke. You won’t regret it amigos! Bien suerte y cerdo delicioso!

I’ve been a street taco enthusiast ever since living in Mexico for 2.5 years, and the Al Pastor Mulas at Tacos El Gordo are the best tacos I’ve ever had. Seriously, they’re that good. My family makes it a point to stop here every time we pass through Vegas, and I’ve even converted many of my friends.

Solid Tacos. Lots of option to choose from. Fresh tortillas. Flavorful meats. This is more of a “fast food” taco spot. Fast and priced right. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is a old gas station.

The steak fries were delicious and had a smokey flavor. The tacos were ok I’d recommend getting the steak tacos over pork.

I want to shine a light on the man who served me my tacos. He said his name was Martin. This man treated me like family as he was preparing my order. He was very polite and seemed to be full of pleasure as her worked. I was impressed with his attitude. The food was 10/10 in quality and taste, and the service was excellent

I was looking for a quick option for lunch. I ordered two asada tacos, and a small horchata. The drive thru only took about 10mins to go through from start to finish. The tacos were very flavorful and filling with a heavy portion of meat and guacamole, and the horchata was very light and refreshing and not too sweet. I’ll definitely be back.

Nothing hidden about this place but there’s a reason why! Amazing tacos for a really fair price. This location is further from the strip but still had a big crowd, however it was really fast and easy to navigate. You can tell everything is fresh and authentic before you even take the first bite. Must try place while in Vegas, don’t even question the decision.

I got sick from al pastor tacos. I ordered through the drive thru line. I checked my food as soon as I got it and it was cold. Looks like old meat from the morning chopped up and re-heat. I asked the lady why the tacos look like that and she said to come order inside if I don’t like it. I should have known better when I saw the floor was full of trash and raw meat right next where that taco and the sides. Disgusting and horrible condition at this location on Cheyenne. Health Department should look into Taco El Cordo. They used to be good and now it’s disgusting and dirty.

As much as I wanted to try a different Vegas restaurant, I knew I just had to have Tacos El Gordo again. I settled for trying a different location. This place is funky. It appears to be in an old gas station. Parking is hodgepodge, including all around the old pumps. The building is quirky and old, definitely not spotless either. The staff don’t say much but are quick. None of that matters, the only thing that matters here are the delicious and cheap tacos!
