This is a great lunch or dinner spot. The service was wonderful and food even better. I ordered the 5 for 5$ chicken tacos and they were amazing! My order took less than 10 mins to come out. The food was fresh, hot and full of flavor.

I had the nacho, and I didn’t remember the name. I’ve had it twice, and the chips stay crunchy all through eating. I’m a slow eater, like very slow. This took me about an hour and it was good even cold. I love how much toppings there was every chip had stuff on it. First food truck that I enjoyed the food, and it wasn’t overly priced. I’ll continue to go here.

Nice people and great food. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried and go back regularly to try more! Clearly these are people that care about what the do and it shows. Do yourself a favor and stop for some tacos, the poblano burrito, or whatever is on the menu. Super good!

Oh man! The best torta I’ve ever had! Ordered it with the “trompo pork”. Ridiculous good. The bread is fire. Crispy and chewy. I asked for grilled onions and jalapeños and it was not a problem at all. One problem I have with other Mexican places is their “hot sauce” really isn’t hot. At Tacos El Barbon you get real heat with intense flavor. I appreciate that. On top of this, the owners, husband and wife are a couple of the most genuine and generous people in the business. I’d think they were faking it if I didn’t know them from other business ventures. Always happy with real smiles. People persons. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Heard rumors about the Nachos Barbon, and the rumors were fantastically true! Big chunks of onion and some grilled jalapenos on top of the nachos were my favorites. I was not warned these nachos were enough for two people. Friendly, happy service from someone I could tell loved entertaining people with good food. I’ll be back.

Wonderful food truck in the Redwood Plaza. I have been there a couple times. I got the nachos both times and they were delicious. I am not sure but I think they make their own tortilla chips. They were great. Texture was great and had a awesome crisp to them. I will definitely try their other items in the future. I wish they had a couple picnic tables to eat at. Currently just a pickup-and-go place.
