Ordered food via phone for pick up at 8pm, was told order would be ready in ten minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later to restaurant, younger cashier with zero customer service ability, wearing a winter coat with no hair net over her fluffy curly hair. After waiting FIFTY minutes I inquired how much longer until my order will be done. The entire restaurant staff then began glaring at me, smacking their lips and being unbelievably rude. For a #1 $8.00 dinner of 2 tacos and chips and salsa. I will never order from tacos e mas again.

This place was much better pre Covid. Now you eat out of Styrofoam box with plastic utensils. All disposable environmental trash. We had not been since re opened and so we sit waiting for a waitress. After so long we finally realized no one is coming over and no one is going to ask if we want to order. So you have to get up and to counter and order and pay, then will bring your food. Never been to a Mexican restaurant where you have to pay for the chips and salsa when ordering a meal. Got sour cream paid plenty for got a dab if that. Never used to be that way here you got chips and salsa with a meal. It was so much better pre Covid. I am not sure I will go back eating a wet burrito out of a Styrofoam box was very awkward. The new set up did not impress me at all.

We’ve only ordered take out from here but the order has always been accurate and we’ve enjoyed our food. Think the Taco Bowl with shredded beef must be the best kept secret in town!!!! Absolutely love it. Pictures don’t do it justice. It comes with a nice side of chips & salsa too. Tacos are good, I like them best when the shells have a bit of crisp vs. just soft. Good size portions.

I would have rated higher in the past. The take out phone staff is quite rude/ gruff. Feels like they almost don’t want you to order? The food is pretty good. I’m just hesitant because I don’t want to be berated for calling the business. Hope things get better. Was great pre pandemic for sure.

The food was as non Hispanic as taco bell. At least taco bells food is good. Everything about this place is bad. The restaurant was empty and dirty. No wait staff, but its not because of lack of people. I saw at least three people that work there doing nothing at all! They just dont want to do it themselves!
