wasn’t impressed by the sauce, at all. ruined the taco for me, and lacked any real heat. barbacoa was very tender, too chewy and a bit flavorless though. found myself adding seasonings and my own salsa to the last taco… the tortillas could also be better. the rice and beans hit the spot though. bit pricey for the end product for the tacos, but maybe their other menu items are worth it.

I ordered a Norte Burrito and a Taco plate. I was not satisfied to say the least. My burrito was sloppily made with too much rice and was not rolled properly what a mess! The taco plate same dissatisfaction, the meat lacked flavor I don’t care for their rice and they might as well just gave me a whole onion and bunch of cilantro because it was not chopped up huge chunks of onion and un chopped cilantro that’s just pure laziness. If Del Norte can’t take pride in the way they prepare my food they will never see my business again. There are better tacos and Mexican food down the street! Sorry guys y’all dropped the ball big time on this one.

my boyfriend went to go pick up food for us and had the worst service. 1st they got our order wrong and over-charged us then 2nd didn’t want to give us a refund until we spoke with the boss. the thing is that it charged $54 when the meal should’ve been like $20-30. we did end up getting our money bck but took about an hour to resolve the situation. i just feel like it should’ve been handled differently and better. the cashier lady was just rude and did not want to listen and tell us that he was in the wrong and telling him that he was lying. like girl i can show you my bank statement proving you it did take out $54.

Tacos Del Norte is located in the same building as Ducky’s on Western Center Blvd. and based on their IG, they have only been there about six months. However, they have been in business since 2017 I believe. Tonight, I tried them for the very first time via a delivery app. I ordered the chicken quesadillas and the horchata to drink. They are hands down the best quesadillas I have ever eaten. Their chicken was so moist and seasoned well. Their tortillas appear to be made in house because they taste just like homemade tortillas somebody’s mama or grandma made. I ordered my quesadilla with sour cream and pico only. But they do also offer lettuce and guacamole as well. I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu. Ya’ll go check them out!

This food is fantastic! Hidden gem that I buy breakfast burritos for my team at least twice a month. It’s located in a gas station, so no frills if you dine in. The experience is in the food. If you like spicy, get the habanero salsa, it’s good!

Hit and miss here. You could get the best tacos of your life! Or you can get mediocre at best. You never know! When they are good I would recommend to everyone but it’s been so rare now I’m almost ready to give up trying. We have eaten here probably 100 times and the quality is just more and more sporadic.
