Yellow Rose IPA Can
American IPA, 6.8% ABV, Lone Pint Brewery, Magnolia, Texas
In our opinion its one of the best beers on the planet. A SMaSH, Single Malt and Single Hop, IPA using a caboodle (technical term for a large amount of malt) of malt and a new hop released in 2012 called Mosaic (HBC 369). It is a daughter of Simcoe (YCR 14), one of our favorite hops. Whole cone Mosaic is used for bittering, flavoring, and aroma in the kettle; it is also massively dry hopped. The beer is named after a Texas Heroine.

Tasting notes: chalk-white head with a very clean malt backbone. The hops impart strong grapefruit, pineapple, and blueberry flavor and aroma. A strong beer that is extremely quaffable. 16.9oz

Best fish tacos in El Paso! Amicable staff, pleasant atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great margaritas! They were out of elote, so the staff recommended the green beans; so glad he did. They were amazing! Everybody should try this place. Perfect for family or a nice night out for a date.

Recommended by a local and this place did not disappoint. Five star food, service and a great vibe. The drinks are spot on. I had the watermelon mezcal margarita and it was fantastic. The tacos and sides were cooked perfectly with amazing sauces that perfectly complimented the food. Highly recommend.

Favorite place for upscale tacos! I had the elote in vaso and sweet potatoes as an appetizer they were both excellent. My favorite is always the sweet potatoes the salsa macha the put is one of my favorites! I also had the sudadero and carnitas taco, what can I say, they never disappoint. Theirs always enough meat in my tacos and the flavor is delicious.

Super cute spot to grab tacos! You order the tacos at a window, and they give you a number. The pacing is a bit off. I got my food at different times. I highly recommend the fish taco and tostada campechana. The carnitas was a bit bland along with the elote. Seating is a bit sparse during busy times.

Brisket taco hardly had any meat. The Baja taco came with a tiny piece of fish. There was more cabbage than fish. The mushroom taco was delicious though. Normally eating 3 tacos would’ve left me stuffed, but not at this restaurant, probably because of the lack of meat. It was tasty food at least.

An absolute home run with bases loaded for flavor! We had the opportunity for the first time to eat here late, and I thought 8 pm, no crowds… like I said first time. The line wrapped around into the alley. And if people are waiting that long, the food must be good (it really is). We actually managed to swing an inside seat and the food came out fresh and hot. I can not suggest strongly enough that you try the Baja Fish if you do not know what to order. Tempura green beans and elote were also great! The down side is the cost.

The atmosphere at Toconeta was dope. Couldn’t tell if it was more bar or restaurant, it was uniquely both. The tacos were excellent, but the tortillas were cold for some reason. The service was good for a busy Friday night. The tempura grean beans were the highlight of the night, delicious.
