I have no idea what you are all talking about. I went to this place regularly when I lived on that side of town. I recently went to a birthday party in my old hood and stopped to pick up some tacos for everyone for the afters. It’s not a fancy place, and it IS on Colfax, so expect to get the Colfax experience. We had the same crackhead knock on our window twice while in the drive-through, waiting for our tacos. I ordered a dozen tacos. Half pastor, half asada. The pastor are ok, but the asada is always on point. The red and green salsas are super flavorful and spicy. I brought these tacos back to my Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cubano friends. They loved these tacos and were doing happy dances while eating them. This place would benefit from operating out of a food truck, instead of this run down brick and mortar on Colfax.

I would love to see this place get more five star ratings. The customer service is always pleasant and accommodating. The food is not only delicious but also presented so tastefully. The Chefs are talented at this location. I didn’t have to wait long for my meal and I didn’t mind because of the colorful decor and good music. Great atmosphere for dining in My meal was quality and affordable.

Ordered the super nachos barely any meat on it their nacho cheese was watery they didn’t have shredded cheese which I find it hard for a Mexican restaurant or jalapeno so definitely will not go back definitely did not get what I paid for

Felt extremely sick the morning after I ate chili rellenos for lunch at this location. My friend, who I was eating with, really enjoys his enchiladas and had no stomach issues the next day. It looked like the rellenos were recently thawed, from being frozen, the crispy batter was soggy, and something did not taste right as I ate. In hindsight, I should have sent them back and ordered something else.
