Best Tacos I’ve had in a while. Unreal service and vibes along with exquisite music taste! Vegan Horchata is a major plus! Small but very filling portions with just the right combinations of sweet, spicy, fatty or savory.

I love Taco’ako! I don’t know why more people don’t talk about this place. I got three tacos: tako, cauliflour, and avocado. All three were delicious and a good/unique blend/combination of flavors. My boyfriend got a burrito and he really enjoyed. Definitely a little pricey in general, as can be expected. We will definitely be returning.

Wow, the tacos are unreal good. I had no expectations since good Mexican food is hard to come by in Hawaii. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. They have all my favorite kinds of fresh and flavorful tacos from Fish to Carnitas to vegetarian. The salsas are delicious and the spiciest one is crazy hot ❤️. The chips and burritos are also solid. Has a great local drink selection and also Mexican coke. Great outdoor seating and vibe with a few high chairs inside.

My husband and I ordered burritos and a coke. The total was $38.00. $48 With tip. We were anticipating having Mexican food but left disappointed. Our burritos were stuffed with rice and little meat. If we wanted rice & potato burritos, we would’ve told them to hold the meat. Menu said guacamole but no signs of that either. Too bad. Their pizza has been terrible too the last couple of times we’ve ordered. What happened to this place?

I always hear people complain about there being no good Mexican restaurants in Hawaii. I don’t know what they’re talking about. There are options, people. Taco’ako is one. Street-style tacos are very good. Unique options, including beef tongue and tako – of course. Prices are okay and service is exceptional. Didn’t take very long to get my food.

The food is good but they are unreliable. Can never know if they are actually open. In the last 3 months I’ve walked over before their posted closing hours and they will not take my service or have a closed sign when workers are inside. It’s ruined my lunch break about 4 times in the last 3 months.

Great little taco spot! Are there better taco places, yes. Are there better elote places, HELL NO!! Definitely recommend coming here, grabbing a few tacos (go for Carne asada) and grabbing a couple ears of elote.
