I have been going here for years! Dudley and his wife were the nicest couple ever! They were open seven days a week! Excellent service food and friendly! But now a person never knows if they’re open or not! I am from out of town and have to call to make sure the are open! Not a way to run a business! I know the owners would be very disappointed, as am I!

Best place to eat for locals. Try to go back there to eat every chance we get.

Order at the counter, pick up at the counter; this isn’t too bad for a fast food restaurant. Someone in our party inquired about gluten and they were told they use Velveeta cheese for sauce and no fillers in the ground beef. The cheese sauce was not Velveeta but more like the cans from Sam’s Club and the meat definitely seemed to have something else in it. Our friends did not feel safe to finish eating. Overall the quality and prices weren’t bad.

Best fake Mexican restaurant this side of the Salt Fork River! I grew up in Alva, and I have a deep appreciation for their canned nacho cheese, microwaved burritos, and soggy lettuce. I understand cheap/fake Mexican isn’t for everyone, but those who were raised on/around it will always find it to be the guilty pleasure they just can live without. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite and aren’t Gordon Ramsey.

This place is horrendous. The food tasted like the cheapest TV dinner you could find.

It was an wonderful food experience, but the food was really greasy and I got the grease and sauce all over my car and good pair of jeans. Other than that it’s a good place to eat, would recommend.

I love this place. It’s 95% a local thing. Despite how many Mexican restaurants are in Alva, this was many of our first “Mexican” food we had. That’s one of the reasons it’s loved by locals. But hands down some of the nicest staff!!

This place is an experience! Best to come here with friends! One of my favorite memories ever at this place! A gem of Western Oklahoma! Don’t miss out and stop in!

If you like paying double the price for a microwave dinner. this is the place for you. expect to pay 2.50 for a handful of chips and tablespoon of salsa. This place being a local institution for 30+ years should tell you something about the people of alva’s taste buds. I almost asked the rude lady that took my order where she parked her broomstick.

Listen, I have never witnessed Mexican food so terrible in my life, the cheese sauce is terrible… the size of the serving is a joke… the fact you guys charge 50 cents per refill is absurd…. ball park nacho cheese and wolf brand chili is not how you serve food in a restaurant… the salsa was good … the size of the serving is a joke. We will never … I mean never come back to eat at this place …. ever again. I mean it, get together. The people were nice but that’s all I will give a star for.
