I don’t want anyone getting in trouble because the workers were nice, but I paid $40 and got less than half the whole order. All they gave us was fries and a taco when I asked for 2 tacos and 4 burritos. I didn’t go back to resolve it because they’re closing soon anyway and I’m too tired to go out and drive again, but my family was really annoyed and I’m a bit disappointed. The food’s good and I’m sure the guys were just tired, but i got like. A third of what I ordered and ended up wasting money. Next time, I’ll check the food before I leave but that wasn’t very cool :/ Just giving a heads up to anyone to make sure they got everything because this was a headache.

Well, we travel back home to Midland and we had to stop by Taco Villa. Taco Villa has been around for many, many years. It is truly missed. Dallas/Ft. Worth needs to get one. This is always good for fast food burritos.

Grew up in the Permian Basin and when I get back there I always make it a point to stop by Taco Villa on my way out and load up on the wonderful noms and bring it home with me to freeze and enjoy until my next trip into Midland/Odessa. This last trip I stopped in at the Andrews Hwy (and Wall) location on my way out of town. It was around noon-ish on the Monday after Father’s Day and they were bumpin. I ordered a 6-pack each of combo burritos, tacos, and bean burritos, plus an order of nacho fries and a single combo burrito for the road. Not only did the folks working the line wrap all my burritos in tin foil (I told them I’d be freezing them and they volunteered), but they de-constructed the tacos so they wouldn’t get soggy on the long drive home! When we couldn’t locate the single combo burrito in the order, they quickly made another for me with zero complaint while they were in the weeds with lunch rush. Man, I miss this hometown feel-good food and the small town customer service we get every time we visit Taco Villa.

absolutely atrocious. we ordered 4 burritos, 2 without sauce and the other 2 with it but all 4 had sauce. we also ordered 2 chalupas, which we didnt get at all. we called beforehand that we were coming back to correct the order, the manager answered and when we asked about the chalupas he flat out responded with, “Oh yeah i didnt make the chalupas.” and that was it. we went back and got the two burritos without sauce and two chalupas with no apology. on top of that the chalupas were terrible. the lettuce was FROZEN and water kept coming out of it, beans were cold, not enough cheese either. never coming back to this location and im literally telling everyone i know that its horrible.

If they weren’t going to put salsa and hot sauce in my bag, I’m not sure why they bothered to ask if I’d like any. Other than that, the food is as good as any other Taco Villa I’ve had. The service was quick.
