Placing this review solely based on customer service. I ordered three tacos without cheese. And three tacos without cheese or sauce. Received three tacos WITH only cheese. I called to have it rectified. And she ARGUED with me and refused to give me her name. WHAT RESPECTABLE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIS all I wanted was to have them remade properly, I didn’t want a refund, and that option wasn’t even offered. The cherry on the top? The restaurant is cold and unfriendly.

A++, Excellent! Family run business and you will not find a cleaner restaurant anywhere. I’ve eaten here many many times and each the item comes out exactly how it looks on the display. They hand grate their cheese every day and take pride in their products!

One of few places you cannot dine in. I was hoping they have improved from my last visit over 2 years ago but they haven’t.

Local, family owned Tex-Mex for over 20 years, still stands strong. Strong nostalgic element for Lees Summit veterans. Overall fair in value. Flavors are good. Might have to fight the line around lunch time.

Not impressed with management acumen or customer service at this establishment. Manager evidently misheard me when I ordered a medium drink. I corrected her and she had the temerity to charge me 11 cents (on my credit card) for the price difference between a small and medium drink. After I spent $20 on my order. Food average at best. Judging by the employee attitudes not a great place to work. Unbelievable.

Always good, consistent, and a true hidden gem that brings back memories of growing up and having Taco Via after church.

Taco via used be a place I remember getting a lot of cheap food. Sadly this is no longer the case for me and I feel the food is over priced for what it is. The staff however were fantastic and very nice!

I’m a Lee’s Summit native who has been living in Rhode Island for nearly a decade. Every time I come home, I make sure to stop at Taco Via. The quality and service is always good, and I crave their taco sauce on a regular basis. This summer, I actually bought a large order of sauce, and kept in the cooler on the drive home. I went through it quickly, but found that it froze and thawed really well! Not as good as dining there, but enough to get me through until my next Taco Via visit!

My daughter and I wanted some yummy taco via so we stopped for dine in. Only to be told that I couldn’t get a taco dog without bread. The older lady that sits behind the register was so rude and load that other patrons heard her and were equally appalled by the response she gave me. So I didn’t order a thing. My daughter just told them to make her things to go. That place is so cold and unfriendly. You would think it was a prison in there. It’s so quiet and no one smiles and you are treated so poorly.
