I’m disappointed. My fajitas plate, though I appreciate the choice to select different meats, left a lot to be desired. It was expensive (close to $30 with tip, no drink) for starters and I’m not sure why. The veggies were overcooked (melt in your mouth soggy) and the meat was tough and chewy. My real problem was how greasy it was. Over the top greasy with oil. It was unpleasant. The sauce they served with the chips was not good. It was a yellow thing (avocado mix maybe?) but just heat and no flavor. The green/red salsa was better. I was craving fajitas though and this was a let down. Service was good. The atmosphere was your typical hole-in-wall establishment (not a bad thing.. it is what it is). I don’t think I’ll be back, or maybe to try something else. It is rated well by everyone else so maybe I missed something. The payment process was nice. All digital without leaving the table. That’s refreshing.

The food is good here at Taco Unico. I had the steak enchiladas. My only complaint was that my waitress was a little busy on her personal call to see if I needed anything else (like more soda… ). Maybe she was looking out for my health. I totally understand if you have to take a personal phone call but she was on that call for the entire 45mins I was at the restaurant. I would recommend this place and would eat here again, I just hope I have a better experience my next go round.

I ordered the beef street tacos with beans and rice. My daughter ordered the smothered bean and cheese burrito. It wasn’t busy. I kept waiting for the waitress to come over because i wanted to exchange the tacos because they were just bland… no flavor. The rice was, too. Oh, and the salsa… they call that salsa? So bland. Maybe 4 tiny pieces of onion in it.

Tacos Unico as far as I’m concerned has the best pozole in Town ! Fire it’s been a while since I’ve had anything else on the menu . Judging solely on my love for Thier pozole I would everything else is just as good . Hidden gem

So the other day me and my friend went here I believe it was Saturday, one thing we didn’t like was on the menu they give you there is no prices on the menu for drinks or food items. It took them a bit to get our order taken. They’re a bit pricey But let me tell you their food! Their food was freaking amazing very delicious. Their chimichanga was amazing I love their beans and rice fire!!!! Even tho their prices are high I most definitely want to go back hopefully with better service. Because maaaaaan their food is yummy

Great breakfast burritos and horchata. I would recommend the chorizo I never find much bacon in the bacon burrito I know bacon cost more but I would rather pay more to get a noticeably more amount.

How this place has over even three stars is beyond me. The food is horrible. I never thought I would come across a taco I didn’t like until today. The meat was dry and cooked with no spices not even salt so it was tasteless. The tacos come with no salsas so be sure to save some of your salsa when you first get it with chips. Bland bland bland tacos. Be sure to keep one hand free to swat the many flies that attempt to land on your plate. There are many other places near by with way better food. Even at a dollar fifty for taco Tuesday it’s not worth the price. The only good thing about this place is the salsa
