Taco time east Wenatchee, same location and the same great food. Most times I go to Taco Time in East Wenatchee I wait less time than Taco Bell. My experience is always consistent and always good, and over the years I can’t think of a time that stands out as a bad experience. My favorite menu item is the crisp meat burrito and the standard hard shell tacos but there are a lot of other items that I get and would recommend too. I really don’t think there is a huge difference between Taco Bell prices and taco time and even though Taco Bell has some great items I still like taco time much better. Highly recommend this business

Been a while between my last meal at a taco time but it is consistently delicious. Higher end on the cost side. This location needs to clean their restrooms more frequently. It’s a dirty task but essential for making a location have any semblance of cleanliness.

I have ordered here many times, and the order has been wrong almost every time. I decided to give it another try today and no surprise, order is completely wrong. I ordered a chop salad with mexi fries and got chicken and rice bowl with chips. I called and they agreed to fix it. After picking up everything looked to be ok. That was until I found what appears to be a paper towel or sanitizing wipe at the bottom of my salad. I am absolutely disgusted and will be contacting corporate and the health department.

I keep trying every so often in the hopes that one day my food will be above lukewarm and yet, it hasn’t happened so far as I am a glutton for punishment but mostly I just really miss the good ol’ Taco Time from years before. It is sad as they are almost as expensive as a sit down Mexican restaurant and yet without the complimentary chips and salsa, free water refills, and the fun festive atmosphere. This place continually serves food that has been sitting under the heat lamp far too long along with stale tortillas that are hard in some places when it really is just a flour tortilla. I think they forgot that one of their key words in advertising is the word fresh. However, this place is anything but that. When you see the sign, keep on driving.

Went to East Wenatchee location today wasn’t happy ordered chicken burrito received beef and that’s all that was in it. Mexi fries were old and cold. Daughter got soft taco and ate part of it and said is there ranch on here I said not supposed to be so she didn’t get to eat it . If I had lived in town I would of took the order back.

Our visit to Taco time was the worst visit we’ve ever had, it took almost 15 minutes to get out small order, and there was no one in front of us, then we took the food home, a 3 minute commute, and the food was cold, both my order and my wife’s order.

I used to love Taco Time. A bit expensive for what you get, but still very good. Last time I went there, wait time was very long. One main item was missing from my order. I should have checked while at drive up, but didn’t. I tried calling the phone number on receipt. Couldn’t get anyone to answer. I left voicemail. I tried calling an hr later, thinking maybe I could talk to someone when it’s not during rush time. Nope. Never got a call back. I went to Taco Time website and submitted online feedback since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at local location. Taco Time’s “Guest Relations Coordinator” emails me wanting to make things right. Offers a gift card. I say sure and give her my info. NEVER HEARD BACK. I’ll never go back to Taco Time. Another complaint is that I ordered habanero chicken burrito and there was like 3 small chunks of chicken. It was almost all bean and rice filling. For a $7 burrito, it was a joke.
