I have to say this taco time has definitely changed and does no longer represent taco time food. Prices increased over year by a lot but food and quantity quality was still good but todays order was not good food not same lower in quantity quality for 2x price, food not good at this local anymore. The worst taco time ever food not good less quantity and quality for more money will not be back here. They are probably going out of business based on authenticity, trust, quality and integrity. Ripping people off not good food I hate getting ripped off today this place ripped people off

My wife loved her food, which is obviously most important. It’s difficult to blame anyone for the aesthetics and location, but it did feel a bit dingy and not exactly as family-friendly as I’m sure they intend it to be. The roughness of that particular block makes it impossible to come back, but kudos to the staff for knowing their stuff.

If this food was any more anemic, I would be taking it to urgent care. Pictures on menu are absolutely misleading and deceptive. $35 for 3 lettuce burritos that were so devoid of anything else you feel like you’re being scammed. Well that last part makes sense, because they are scamming us and I doubt anyone is going to put up with this for much longer.

My mom told me she went there today and said the service lousy. The girl on the intercom was laughing and yelling into the microphone. Apparently she thought it was all a joke. I think Mgmnt should have a camera on the workers to make sure they are being respectful to customers.

Bad experience here. They are so short staffed they can’t even open the dining room. They messed up my order and when I went back to fix it, they couldn’t understand what was wrong and why the order the gave be wasn’t correct. Never stopping there again!

I’m not a fast food person, but when I am, it’s usually Taco Time. I’ve never been to the 128th street location, but I stopped by with a friend because it was closest to where we were. Granted, the only thing I wanted was a small Mexi Fries and a Coke. But let me tell you… It was good. The Mexi-Fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and deliciously light and fluffy in the center, just as they should be. The employee working the drive thru window was efficient, kind, and courteous. I could tell she took pride in offering great customer service. (I appreciate this so much. You don’t see it often!) My friend ordered a more elaborate menu offering. She dug right in, and had zero complaints. She’s very particular about what she eats, and trust me when I tell you that if anything seemed incorrect with her food, she would have said so. We were in and out of the drive thru in under ten minutes, which was fantastic! And finally? Neither of us got sick from the food. (When we eat at “that other taco place” we always get sick.). If I have to complain about something I can only come up with one thing: it can be kind of tricky to get into this locations drive through. I’m recommending this establishment!
